Mr. William Bopp

Mr. Bopp has over forty years of experience in financial management, primarily in the medical device industry. He retired in 2006 after seven years as Chief Financial Officer of Alaris Medical Systems (NYSE-AMI), which he helped to completely recapitalize, list on the NYSE and then sell to Cardinal Health. He was previously CFO and Board Member of C.R. Bard (NYSE-BCR) from which he took an early retirement in 1998. (Bard was recently sold to Becton Dickinson.) In retirement, as chairman and CEO, he helped refinance, operate and subsequently sell Viking Medical Systems (VKNG) to CONMED in 2012.
